Help me build a life for my baby girls.

Hi I am Wafa, from Gaza. My children Sham and Aylool are my whole life, I love them more than anything and I am terrified that I won’t be able to keep them safe.
My daughter Sham was only 3 months old when we had to leave our homes to live on the streets due to our area being bombed. Eventually we found a makeshift tent but we have no income and our debts are increasing. My smallest daughter Aylool was born into this war and terrible living conditions. After my father’s tragic death I could no longer feed her myself anymore. We had to pay extortionate fees to find and buy formula to keep her healthy and this became harder because we could not find money or work. Now we cannot return to our homes because there is nothing left and we are worried about our future.
Luckily my friend Sarah was able to raise some money for us and has set up this account so that we can hopefully try and raise funds to keep our daughter’s healthy and safe.

Hi everyone,
Firstly I want thank every single person who has donated for your support it has meant the world to wafa and her family!
Together we were able to support this family to invest in a small but sustainable food stall to begin their own income stream, that’s pretty incredible!
However, because of the ceasefire break and the completed blockade of food into Gaza over the last few weeks this has now become impossible again, putting them back to square one!
Also, small baby Aylool really struggled with Illness for a few weeks, she couldn’t eat and was very dehydrated, her mom had to take her to the closedt medical venue for fluids but it was a very scary time for them all and for those who care about them.
I really hope that we can continue to support this beautiful, gentle, humble family so that they can stay secure in this horrendous time.
wafa has become such a dear friend of mine and she is such a gifted writer and teacher, I hope one day we will be able to see her thrive and use her talents again, as well as see her little babies happy, healthy and safe
